Customer portal – frequently asked questions Account registration & management
Who can register for a Geberit ID and access the customer portal?
Registration is open to both private individuals and professionals. Select your user type under the ‘I am’ dropdown menu to ensure you get the appropriate access and experience.
What information is required to create a Geberit ID account?
- Private customers are required to provide their name, surname, email address, password, country and preferred language. An address and phone number are optional.
- Professional customers are required to provide their name, surname, email address, company details, country and preferred language. A phone number is optional. If you are recognised as a partner after registering, certain fields will be locked.
Can I register the same email for both private and professional use?
No – an email address can only be linked to one user type. If you need access to both account types, please use separate email addresses for each.
Can I delete my account?
Yes – you can delete your account in the profile management section. Please be aware that this action is permanent and will delete all associated data, including projects and files. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

How do I log in to MyGeberit?
Log in using your email address and password or via Google, Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn.
I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
Click ‘Forgot password’ on the login page, enter your email address and follow the prompts to create a new password.
I didn’t receive my activation email. What should I do?
Start by checking your spam or junk folder in case it landed there. If you still can't find it, try signing in again or re-registering with the same email address to request a new activation link.
Please note that the activation code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, you will need to request a new one. Accounts that are not activated within 24 hours are automatically deleted and you will need to register again.
Why are some fields in my account locked?
Some fields are locked if your company is recognised as a Geberit partner.
Portal features & tools
How can I register my product (e.g. Geberit AquaClean shower toilets)?
Log in as a private user and access the Equipment section. Follow the steps to register your product. Once approved, you can manage ownership or update its status.
How long does it take to process my product registration?
A product registration is usually processed within 3 to 5 working days.
What happens to my project files if I delete my account?
All associated files and projects will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Languages
Can I use the portal in my preferred language?
The portal is multilingual, depending on your location. Please note that only officially supported languages are offered.
